(1) After the circuit has been verified to confirm that there is no voltage, the grounding wire should be installed immediately and a three-phase short circuit should be provided. The branch lines (including users) at both ends of the working area of ​​the work class and that may transmit power to the power outage line must inspect the electricity and hang the grounding line. Hanging down the grounding wire should be under surveillance. Lines with power outages can only be installed near the bottom line.

(2) It is forbidden for the staff to change the position of the grounding wire specified in the work ticket without authorization. If any change is required, the person in charge of work shall obtain the consent of the issuer of the work ticket.

(3) When a multi-layer power line erected on the same pole is connected to a high-voltage grounding line, it shall be hung with a low pressure, followed by a high pressure, hung with the lower layer, and then be hung with the upper layer, first with the near side, and then with the far side. The order is reversed when removed.

(4) The complete grounding cable shall consist of a plurality of flexible copper wires with a transparent sheath. The cross section shall not be less than 25mm2, and shall meet the requirements of the short-circuit current at the installation site. Do not use other wires for ground or short-circuit wires.

(5) The grounding wire should be fixed to the wire with a special wire clamp. It is forbidden to use the winding method to ground or short circuit.

(6) Install the high-voltage grounding wire should be connected to the grounding terminal, followed by the wire end, the grounding wire should be in good contact, reliable connection. The order of removing the ground wire is the reverse. Install and remove the grounding wire should use insulating rods or special insulated ropes. The human body must not touch the ground wire or the ungrounded wire.

(7) When grounding the tower or grounding the ground directly connected to the pole tower grounding device, each phase is allowed to be grounded separately, but the tower grounding resistance and the grounding path should be good. The connecting part of the tower and the high-voltage grounding wire to which the grounding wire is attached shall remove the paint and have a good contact.

(8) Temporary earthing bodies may be used for poles with no ground lead. The cross-sectional area of ​​the grounding body must not be less than 190mm2. The depth of the grounding body under the ground must not be less than 0.6m. For areas with high soil resistivity, such as rock, rubble, sand, etc., measures such as increasing the number of grounding bodies, length, area, or buried depth should be taken to improve grounding resistance.

(9) A grounding wire shall be installed on the power line of the multi-circuit line tower with the same tower, and measures shall be taken to prevent the grounding line from swinging. When disconnecting the tower tower wire, install a high-voltage grounding wire to install the grounding wire on both sides of the disconnected wire.
